services. The project teams maintain a strong foundation of trust and mutual respect generated through positive relationships

BEF Construction has experience in managing projects from bid process to collecting receivables
of completed projects. Projects have varied from Sewer Cleaning and Rehabilitation, Site Remediation, Sludge De-watering and
Solidification, Transportation and Disposal. The company prepared bids, recruited personnel and equipment, designed documentation
and photo imaging systems, managed collection and distribution of data, compiled data profiles for billing, prepared invoices
and collected on receivables. BEF is equipped with the most recent Bid Software, Project Management Software, Accounting Software
and Communications Systems allowing for a smooth flow of information and efficient reporting.
Phil Pertuit, Operations Manager with 30 years
experience in project development and management to on-time completion. The ability to manage any size project and multiple
projects jointly has been asset. Relationships have been built Engineers, Architects, Foremen, Equipment Operators and Laborers
creating a team formula applied to each project.
